Start with cold hard blocks of fat including butter, palm oil, shortening or margarine and end with a lump-free, metered, ready-to-mix consistency - directly into your mixer bowl or kettle!

I understand it can take many days or even weeks to get butter up to a suitable temperature for mixing - we can handle butter blocks straight off the truck or straight out of the cold store at temperatures from around 2 or 3°C.

 

In fact, time savings, efficiency improvements, space constraints and reduced energy consumption are some of the key drivers that led us to develop the ‘BlockBuster’ screw feeder pump systems.

 

We accurately dose cold butter ‘noodles’ (as shown in the graphic above) directly into single or multiple outlet points (typically mixer bowls) and our pumps deliver consistent, lump-free, ready-to-mix butter all year round.

 

You could have a system where you bring mixer bowls to a central outlet point where butter is dosed in OR you could have a single system that doses butter to multiple mixers around your production area.
